1 in 9 nurses left the NHS last year. Even if the govt thinks it's fine for nurses to be earning £5000 less in real terms today than in 2010 (it's not), this dire retention rate ought to make them act on pay. The fact that they won't speaks volumes. They want the NHS to fail.

I spoke to a young ref today who was close to tears. He told me he was quitting after today, he said the players were amazing, but for 40 mins he felt bullied and intimidated by the adults. This was an U7 game. No where else in society is this acceptable. This has to STOP NOW.
