Penn Station being shut down to NJ Transit riders from 5pm to 8pm on the night of Game 6 of the NBA Finals is nightmare fuel stuff for Jersey-based Knicks fans. All so France and Senegal fans can get back to the City without having to wait for trains. This should all go smoothly!
