@coyle_tim Get a vet in and find out how many are shooting blanks. We did it last year (used @4FlocksSake ) & found a few that weren't up to the task. Replaced them & had one of our better scanning percent's.

Ram buying season & interested in the % of Merino Rams people are joining at? I’ve been somewhere about 1.5% av about 60 lambs per Ram, at $3000-$4000 per ram I’d like to get more lambs per ram, joining in 300-800 ewe mobs, comments welcomed 🐑🐏💸

@freshy1973 @John_R_Bruce Hey Andrew, latest # I’ve heard is that 80% of lamb consumed in US is imported. It’s a constant game of “well US Lamb price can’t go up or we will just fill those orders with imports”. Prices are good here tho at the moment but Wouldn’t say our industry is stable

@John_R_Bruce I’ve been talking to some of the head blokes in the US sheep game and they had no idea of our crap prices! I’ve floated the idea of a Global Roundtable Discussion group for lamb producers so there’s better communication around the world.

Ewe lambs are the new Prime lamb industry maiden. 17 years of joining ewe lms with some good and average results. We decided to target a new approach with controlled nutrition. Results amazing. ⁦@paradooprime⁩ ⁦@T90Program⁩

@Dantheewescan @T90Program 30 day join, lighter than 8 year average at 47kg prejoin. Did 200 gms through tease(14 days) and 30 day join so whatever that is.55 to 56 kg rams out. 2.5% rams mostly ram lambs.
