First, you don't know if the woman got coerced/threatened before hand into giving her consent on video in the extremely rare case that it is video'd.
As for witness, women often blame themselves when raped and it's a process to come to terms with it.

Or you have video of the "rape" where consent from both is visibly given. Texts afterwards talking about great it was maybe. In cases where its an obvious lie they should be punished as harshly
