For shits and giggles, I decided to look at the Norfrica tease in Isom#1. The lyrics on the pages of the book are actual lines in the song. They really could have just locked the lyrics into a vault as part of a song that never gets fully revealed but they went the extra mile.

This may sound absolutely insane for some but I play Sonic games for the chaos emerald chases, not for the political takes.

No it isn't. Bob Par is depicted as sympathetic but in the wrong for doing it this way. It's not even subtle. Becoming a hero is even framed as him cheating on his wife. It isn't made right until the family is united and Bob admits his fears. In short, the beginning has him becoming a hero out of selfishness. While the end has him overcoming his flaw leading to his reconnection with his family.
