Settlements are not law. They're a decision that the economics of settling are better than fighting, no more. The SEC thinks staking-as-a-service is a security. Kraken didn't admit or deny either way. It may be a tough question, but the SEC hasn't answered it either way today.

@allthemoney I need to report a major problem with the Uphold Exchange. I refer to service ticket # 2223235. I am trying to transfer USDT from Uphold to another wallet I have. Uphold has asked for identity verification. I complied many times. They have now suspended my account.

I am not in good health and this is very stressful for me. I would appreciate any help or suggestions you can provide.
