Arrow Security Update Security has always been our highest priority. We’re excited to announce that the Arrow CDP will be audited by @sherlockdefi's exclusive Blackthorn team, one of the most elite smart contract security groups in Web3. Blackthorn is reserved for the industry’s top security researchers, with membership earned through consistent first-place finishes in competitive audits, private security reviews, and tier-one bug bounty programs. Its auditors rank among the top 0.01% in Web3 security. The team has helped secure some of the industry’s most important protocols and organizations, including: • @ethereumfndn • @aave • @Morpho • @SkyMoney • @Optimism • @cosmos • and many more. As part of our rollout, the Arrow CDP will first launch as a capped Alpha on mainnet while the audit runs in parallel. During this phase, conservative limits will be in place, and the team will provide additional coverage in the unlikely event of a protocol-related issue before the audit is complete. Building the financial infrastructure for tokenized equities and RWAs demands security at every level. Sherlock audited the contracts behind @convallax’s prediction market options exchange. The review uncovered two High-severity issues in collateral accounting and settlement, both resolved before launch. A technically ambitious product with the core risks addressed early.

Here’s how the $309K reward pool was unlocked. Each feature area had its own conditional unlock: Low: $1.8K Medium: $13.8K High: $43.8K Critical: $103.8K Only the highest valid severity in each feature determined that feature’s unlock amount. The final pool was then distributed across all valid findings using severity-based weights.

The results of the XRPL Audit Contest are in! Researchers reviewed five upcoming areas of XRPL functionality and identified: 2 Criticals 6 Highs 29 Mediums 59 Lows In total, $309,000 was unlocked, with rewards paid in RLUSD on XRPL. This contest used a feature-based reward structure, where each feature area unlocked rewards based on its highest valid finding. Breakdown below.
