I totally agree, not just the Constitution but they stomp on your Civil Rights or change their meaning to fit their agenda. In TEXAS, there is not one Congressman, Senator, State Representative, not even the Governor that will make one single call back to a citizen. I have written, emailed, certified mailed each and every government person for almost three years without a single follow-up. All I get back is a generic answer telling me "NOT IN MY PURVEW". Even the Senator and Representative over the County I have been fighting for almost three years, I get the same answer. I am absolutely amazed that the only time you get anything from any Representative in Texas is for donations. And, that seems to be 24/7 year after year after year. WHO REPRESENTS THE EVERYDAY NORMAL CITIZEN OF TEXAS. I've been a Texas Citizen for 67 years, no respect.

Regarding the OpenAI case, the judge & jury never actually ruled on the merits of the case, just on a calendar technicality. There is no question to anyone following the case in detail that Altman & Brockman did in fact enrich themselves by stealing a charity. The only question is WHEN they did it! I will be filing an appeal with the Ninth Circuit, because creating a precedent to loot charities is incredibly destructive to charitable giving in America. Now I hired a pod caster to help me and I think it’s a scam, I paid him $32,590k. I was a single parent and I raised my son with no child support and never took any state assistance. If I had to work two jobs I did. I have lost my entire retirement and it costs me $120 per week for my son’s commissary & calls to his children. To any person that can possibly help me? An Attorney by the name of Mr Thomas Mesereau, Jr And a Pod Caster Officer Brandon Tatum were helping me with my son's criminal case out of Texas. After paying over $32,590.00 dollars, things started sounding more like a scam. My bank said it was. I need someone, anyone willing to help me get in contact with the real Officer Brandon Tatum and Attorney Thomas Mesereau, Jr. This is the third Attorney Law Firm I have hired over three years that have taken my entire retirement and have done nothing. The Barbieri Law Firm in Frisco Texas. I paid them $24k and within less than 22 available working days dropped my case saying I owe them another $20k plus withdrawal fees. Showed up to first court hearing late and charged me $30 for her being late and to let the judge know they were representing my son and moved the court date. After that day, they never answered another call or email. They had my son's case from March 7, 2025 and dropped the case April 7, 2025. 🚨UPDATE🚨 CHARGES HAVE NOT been filed against all the suspected individuals seen assaulting Turning Point USA journalist Savanah Hernandez. Paige Ostroushko, Chris Ostroushko, and Paige’s boyfriend have been charged with JUST MISDEMEANORS. Hernandez is suffering from a concussion, two sprains, and multiple bruises as a result of the assault. Hernandez was assaulted by at least six people during Saturday’s protest. Deyanna Ostroushko (mother) has NOT been charged, even though video appears to show her making physical contact with Hernandez and refusing to leave her alone. Additionally, the two women who were seen assaulting Hernandez with sex toys have NOT been charged. The Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office tells me that this is still an active investigation. A spokesperson added: “Our investigators are among the best in the state and are committed to a comprehensive, victim-centered approach. They work closely with the victim, review all available evidence—including videos—and interview witnesses to ensure every detail is examined.” Hernandez told me that outside of the initial report, taken by the officer who ended up having to escort her to safety, that no investigators from the Sheriff’s department reached out and she had to follow up with them herself.
