CYPRESS CHRISTIAN SCHOOL teacher Jared Barber was FIRED for “inappropriate communications” with a minor via TikTok. Barber does not hold a Texas teaching certificate. The school says they reported him to CPS and law enforcement, but he is not on the DNHR as under investigation. NO record of an arrest in Harris County as of today. Jennifer Combs of Trinidad, Texas was reportedly arrested and charged with a felony for a FB post about poor local water quality. Trinidad police claimed she posted “false information that creates fear, panic, or unnecessary emergency response within a community.” Even if that was true, which it doesn't seem to be, arresting her for the post is still a gross violation of her 1st Amendment rights. She's currently suing the city but that won't prevent something similar from happening again. All of the officers involved with her arrested need to be criminally charged for deprivation of civil rights under the color of law. Would be a shame if the DOJ's Civil Rights Division was tagged in this post and they looked into this. Nancy Mace is proposing a ban on foreign-born citizens from serving in Congress, presidential cabinets, and becoming federal judges, arguing those positions should be reserved for natural-born American citizens. The proposal would impact both Democrats and Republicans, including Rep. Ilhan Omar, Rep. Pramila Jayapal, Rep. Ted Lieu, Sen. Bernie Moreno, Rep. Young Kim, and several other lawmakers who immigrated to the U.S. before becoming citizens. ‼️Houston attorney Steven Tyler Swain is now wanted on a felony bestiality charge in Harris County after prosecutors say video evidence showed repeated sexual contact involving the family dog. According to court records filed in the 183rd District Court with Judge Lance Long, investigators were contacted by the Houston SPCA after a woman reported discovering disturbing surveillance footage recorded inside the family home near Providence Park in Houston. The probable cause affidavit alleges the video showed Swain lying in bed exposing himself while repeatedly calling the small black dog, “Shipley,” over to him. The details that followed are genuinely sickening. Court records state Swain’s wife told investigators she began reviewing home security footage after learning her husband had allegedly been bringing sex workers into the home. She states she had the cameras installed recently because the home was under renovation and they had contractors working in the home. She discovered the video while reviewing the footage. Authorities say she positively identified both Swain and the dog in the video. She then left him and took the dog with her and does not know his current location. She states she believes this may have happened more than once. Records show Swain is a practicing Houston attorney. A warrant has now been issued for his arrest on the felony charge. Sometimes the most disturbing cases are the ones hiding behind professional titles and closed doors. Turn yourself in and get help. Excuse me while I go throw up. 🤢

The Assistant Chief of the Silsbee Tx ISD Police Department has been arrested on a charge of Online Solicitation of a Minor. Silsbee ISD says the minor is a student and Jonathan Tiner, 35, has been fired.
