@AHS_Warranty Now, was supposed to get oven fixed, called paid $100 - service provider came and NOTHING after 2 weeks. AHS blames service provider - but I pay AHS. DM - we’re going to cancel our K after 13 yrs

@AHS_Warranty Tried to DM u and it wont work. Been a customer for the past 13 years. This past year is the WORST. Took months to resolve a claim for our heater and only resolved after tons of back and forth btw us, service providers and u - lots of misinformation and finger pointing.
