Your energy has fueled our mission, and we’ve strived to honor it with transparency and utmost integrity for 3+ years. Our Achievements: ✅ 1st project to accept SHIB payments on Shibarium. (ColonelCoup Chikens) ✅ Built Launchpad for numerous respected SHIB OG community projects. ✅ Only project where community created the art & received the majority of mint fees (ColonelCoup)., ✅Built PLOT tool to optimize SHIB: The MV lands market. ✅Viral mascot (Da'Chikens on Tenor with over 500K shares ✅1st Big Burn on Shibarium L2 Chain (97M) which led to deep discussion on burning "in the contract" vs on the ETH chain. ✅Ran multiple spaces to promote community projects. Our Vision & Challenges: Shib CoOp was built to support Shib:TheMV with tools like PLOT and Maps.& Long term plans to help build out & promote MV projects; however, delays in Metaverse development & unclear timelines have hindered our progress. The departure of our volunteer developers & limited funding—solely from the Founders Collection and Launchpad—further strained our ability to continue operations. Despite these challenges, we’ve prioritized utility over profit, with no token raise & no team member compensation except to our original developer. Our core team volunteered thousands of hours of time & significant personal resources, driven by our ‘WeNotMe’ ethos. Decision to Wind Down: After careful consideration, we’ve decided to wind down ShibCoOp operations due to insufficient funds for full-time development & unsustainable reliance on community developers & MV future timeline. True to ‘WeNotMe,’ we will refund all Founders minting costs (including BOGOs) at 16 $BONE each and all paid PET token mints. This adds on to the generous @theLTDtoken token donation which we chose to airdrop gift to Founders holders (we even excluded core team in the airdrop). Refund Instructions: NFTS must be in your wallet. IF YOUR FOUNDERS NFTS ARE LISTED ON MANTRA, PLEASE REMOVE LISTING SO THE REFUND WILL GO TO YOUR WALLET. Refunds are expected to process later this week to give users time to delist from Mantra marketplace. Shib: The Metaverse Gets a Major Upgrade A new update is rolling out in Shib: The Metaverse, focused on making the experience smoother, faster, and more immersive for everyone. The team has improved performance across key areas like Shib Station, Technology Trench, and Bark Park. Over 200 texture files were optimized to reduce GPU memory usage by 15–25%, helping the metaverse run better on more devices—without losing visual quality. What’s improved: •Smoother gameplay •Lower VRAM usage •Faster load times •Sharper lighting and environment details These upgrades are part of the Shiba Inu ecosystem’s wider plan to “Optimize the Future.” As Shibarium grows with tools like the dApp Store and the upcoming Shib Alpha Layer, the metaverse is being prepared to support more users and apps. This update helps turn Shib: The Metaverse into a more powerful, useful, and beautiful hub for everything being built on Shibarium. It’s not just a patch—it’s progress.

We’re excited to announce the testnet launch of Positions Exchange, the perpetual exchange on Puppynet, going live on July 5th. An official Shiba Inu partnershib, guided by @ShytoshiKusama and @kaaldhairya — built to empower the SHIB community with decentralized perpetual trading. Users will be able to long or short with up to 8x leverage.

Individually we're not leaving shib, we're not burning Bridges; we just had to make this decision due to the uncertainty of being able to exercise roadmap without any certainty of when MV launches for the builders.

Thank you Pit. We always put the community interest first. #WeNotMe was the motto from the beginning. Don't know if any projects ever refunded all investors, so maybe that's another first. We formed for the metaverse, and pivoted to shibarium to help projects launch NFTs, and strongly considered launching a token. Internally, some amazing people with integrity and deep thinkers finally decided... Let's give the supporters their funds back, even those who got free nfts on the BOGO contests. (That's a 2X). IF...
