*cracks knuckles* Okay, let's do this in stages, because transparency matters in a defi community. *Disclaimer, I don't have ALL of the screen shots, because at the time that I took them, it was to show one person the ridiculousness happening, I didn't think they would be needed later. **Disclaimer 2, I write for myself, not on behalf of anyone else, person or entity. Stage 1: My place and Reasoning. Full disclosure, I'm muted from the same Shibtech chat, for calling out shibtech mod side projects as siphoning money from the Shibarmy, my reasons being that they were unofficial, freely spammed about, and not even on the Shibarium chain, and promoted and defended in the shibtech tg channel by mods. This earned me a 1 year mute. I was NOT muted in the Shibarium Development chat. I not only believe in transparency, but also for standing up for friends who experience injustice. It could be ignored, I could sit and let others do it, but I won't. Stage 2: Who was banned and why @ChewySwap is one of the hardest working, longest standing, unpaid, and un-thanked independent developers within the Shibarium community. He was in Shibarium at the start, worked to make useful products, tools, platforms, and helped countless people understand Shibarium as an L2 network. He did it because he believed in the Shibarium creed of "If you want something done, go do it". He was muted by the Shib tech moderators for the crime of stating that, "pretty sure he's (Shytoshi) just an ordinary person, bruises and all just like the rest of us schmoes". The reasoning behind muting jiМλќеҐ is not only unhinged, but dangerous as well. He was muted after being told to: "Respect Shibarmy mythos. Ryoshi and Shy are not schmoes. They are vesionaries and architects of decentralized age to the same level as Vitalik or others" [See screen shot below. This message was posted then edited, I apologize I don't have a screen shot of the unedited version] Stage 3: Shibarium Developers TG chat. Others spoke up on Jim's behalf, myself included, that this ban was unwarranted, and unfair. One demanded evidence of the accusations (of which there were none) Others (whom I have red-lined for their privacy) also defended Jim and tried to help better explain what Jim meant. [See attachment 2 & 3. Again, I apologize for the disjointed conversation, it was not originally screen shot for the purpose of telling the full story. As to the claim that messages were deleted, none were, yet.] Stage 4: Baseless Accusations continued I fully believe this moderator is unwell, and said as much in the TG. They make claims scams and rugs have been shilled, without evidence. They made further, ridiculous claims that I (and in this context they are accusing K9Finance) have shilled fake/false tokens and are also responsible for the Bridge exploit. The much abridged explanation here is that there was 1 single X space which this moderator attended where a group of individuals were researching a token that shared the name with Leash, on another chain, after the Rebase exploit took place. There was very little official information at that time, so we did what we're all supposed to do, DYOR. We concluded it was probably a scam, or at best, a risky gamble, but certainly not 'official'. The moderator left in the first 1/3 of this X space, pent up with righteous indignation (my editorial flare) that we were "officially shilling a scam", and he refused to listen to the rest of the space. He has been running with this false narrative ever since to help perpetuate his own narrative. As for the accusations that I, or K9, are behind the bridge exploit, is beyond insane for a list of reasons I'm not going to bother typing out. Stage 5: Where are we now As I mentioned above, I'm not able to give the full conversation, with all receipts, (which should be expected from communities) but only what I have access to. Because everything that happened was deleted, and sure enough, I was muted in the Shibarium Developers chat as well. [See attachment 4] They deleted the entire conversation, everything from Chewey, others defending him, myself, as well as Maz. Stage 6: Why this matters On the one hand, I'm glad that the baseless accusations were deleted, because they have no merit, evidence, proof, or anything else to substantiate them. I'm glad that SOMEONE in that chat pulled the leash (pun intended). But this does not undo the harm and damage that has been done, repeatedly, is happening, and continues to happen. The Shibarmy deserves better. Better work done for $Shib, better communication on the Rebase exploit of $Leash. Better attention on $Bone as the gas of Shibarium. And most importantly, the Shib army deserves to be treated better by the mods put in place to help serve the Shibarmy community. These actions don't deserve to be swept under the rug. The community deserves transparency. I've brought what few receipts I have access to while trying to retain some privacy for others who have not agreed to be named in these screenshots.

If no complete restitution is provided by that date, the DAO will formally convene and vote on our future relationship with Shibarium, including whether continued business on the chain remains viable for the long-term health of the K9 ecosystem. This statement serves as our professional notice to the community and to Shib.io. It reflects our duty to protect our holders, not a desire for conflict. We remain open to collaboration, aligned incentives, and constructive resolution. But our community deserves clarity, finality, and a defined path forward.
