@TheLastLeg thank you for your compassion tonight. Was sat with my Mum watching the news earlier - Mum is on end of life care with a few weeks at most. Just shows cancer does not discriminate. Let’s hope they leave Kate alone now, to heal and recover, physically and mentally ❤️

@santanderuk your telephone banking is SHOCKING!! My dying mother spent 4.5 hours on the phone yesterday trying to close her ISA and we are an hour into calls today trying to transfer money out. It’s her money and she is trying to get affairs in order which is stressful enough!!
