@PastaLording Remember when you Google cheat engine on a browser and it would crash the LoL client?
English

"just don't cheat"
I got hit with a false positive once for having cheat engine active on borderlands 2 while the league client was open
I have as much faith in vanguard as the community does with Israel

A controversial game called Plantation Simulator has been released on Steam and is receiving huge backlash from people calling it a slavery simulator.
The game is described on Steam as a simple farming simulator where players motivate workers to work on a plantation.
But the gameplay centers on a whipping mechanic applied to Black workers to increase productivity.
The developer has described it as:
“In this game, you will be whipping black people to keep your farm productive. If you whip your black person too much, they will die.”

@pibesdesistemas You'd need the hardware that could take advantage of the cat8 feature otherwise it's a waste of money.

@OutofGalaxyy Also these apps are a lot more advanced now with many more features.
English

@OutofGalaxyy Because developers found out that hardware is many years ahead and they can just keep throwing out minimally optimized software.
English

be Forza Horizon 6
>an extremely well optimized game
>runs exceptionally well in low-end hardware
>No Denuvo DRM
>sells incredibly well on PC
> peak 180k Steam Players during advanced access
> 273k concurrent Steam Players at launch
Seriously, when will other game studios learn that if you optimize a game for majority of Steam Hardware GPUs, the game is going to appeal to a much bigger audience and sell more copies.
Instead of doing what is right, most AAA game studios skip PC optimization alltogether and throw Denuvo DRM on top of their already poorly optimized game.

@ResiVeteran If you have fiber for ~$60 then you don't really have much reason to have Starlink.
English

One of the biggest problems with Starlink is their inconsistent pricing.
I originally got Starlink back in 2021 for $99 a month. It then jumped to $110 in May of 2022. It dropped to $90 in March of 2023. It jumped up to $120 in May of 2024.
At $120 I couldn’t justify it any longer as Fibre had moved into the area at $60 per month and was multiple X times Mbps faster up and down.
Fast forward to 2025 and Starlink had started offering “stand by mode” for $5. Hmmmm, okay. Don’t use it but it’s nice to have in case of emergency so I signed up.
Been auto paying $5 every month since.
Now it’s May of 2026 and they increase standby mode 100% to $10 month for a service I’m not using at all?
I’ll be cancelling. @Starlink need to stop the roller coaster pricing bullshit. JMHO
