Today hurt the stock but not the company. The company is still pumping oil, filling reserve tanks, and timeline to pay off the loan/refinance the debt, start selling oil, start paying a dividend are all not affected. The FM is held by the federally guided consent decree. This state action doesn’t affect that but does affect ability to make normal repairs and maintenance difficult(not emergency repairs though) However a federal judge would supersede this decision and there’s plenty of precedent for that.
