@deanpeters @Merica197138 Was about to say this. The design is definitely better and the “work” itself is super quick to do. They were likely in a lockdown for changes because were in the middle of tax season, have to rigorous QA and updating their robots, etc.

@Merica197138 This sounds to me like they ran into an engineering team running something like Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®), meaning IT bureaucracy where updates are potentially only released at the end of a Program Increment (PI) which in turn are generally run on a quarterly basis.
