When a given player does well in tournament and they post ab it, youre more likely to see a screenshot of their run on supermajor than even 1 second of their gameplay and it's incredibly sad to me

full year of unranked, wow. it's really sunk in how far i've fallen behind the other mewtwos and the entire region. feels terrible. my gameplay and mental health were in a blender for a whole 2025. but i'm crawling my way out. yall got a YEAR of calm, keep the weather apps open

@jenghi_ssb @SMFkoda I’d say it’s fair to put rankings into question as a discussion and I do think it’s borderline impossible to make something like this without having a bias. But the same also goes for your views on this as well and makes this feel like an impossible conversation.

@SMFkoda I'm saying most people would at least wonder in my position. It's not always something so drastic even a small bit of bias can have large effects. People can be good people and still have bias. But you gotta accept that bias is a possibility to be your best. Think on it

@jenghi_ssb I think for most people it is like that. And I don’t really think that’s much of an issue. I think local TOs do enough setting up the tournament that I wouldn’t expect them to reach out to individuals to come to the event/prereg

In the seven years I've been playing this game, I've been dm'd by a TO to ask me to attend an local event once, and one dm from lammers to getting people to go. Maybe one from h3k. No TO has ever said "jenghi i would like you to prereg". Is it like this for most people too?
