This seems like an awful deal for Gracia, but when you consider the 19th pick (he was ranked as the 19th best prospect by MLB Pipeline) has a slot value of $4.53M, then yea, I guess it's still a bad deal for him, haha. But we'll gladly take it.

@LockedOn_Braves @ShortStopBall I in concept agree with adding multiple sp like 2021 but I’d argue aiming for quality still. Mize and Peralta are two rental arms that can be quality additions and have shown top or rotation stuff versus the likes of Ray/Singer.

Something else on this play, when I saw it unfold, I thought maybe he was setting up to go to 2nd. But Mike was busting it. I think 1st was his play all along, but still worth pointing out the good job Mike did hustling to 2nd to try and take that option away.

Wynn popped up too soon and pulled up instead of working through that ball and taking his momentum to 1st. He's a great defender, but a big misplay in a huge spot. We'll take all the help we can get.

Pathetic is a strong word; I don't use it lightly. But that was a pathetic performance by the Braves. Felt like they were sleepwalking for most of it. Self-inflicted errors led to 4 runs. I'm a fan of good baseball, and we didn't get that tonight.
