He has been silent on H-1B from 2010 to Dec 1, 2024. His first mention of H-1B was after the Vivek Crashout. He's a grifter. Another fun fact: Senator Eric Schmitt cannot answer who won the 2020 election because he's in a cult

Programs like H-1B, L-1, F-1, and OPT are displacing U.S. workers, suppressing wages, and hollowing out our middle class. Fraud and abuse are rampant. American workers are losing, so who's winning? Answer: The "Visa Cartel"🧵

Dear @MamataOfficial, You are non-practicing lawyer cannot appear in court anytime you wish. According to the Advocates Act of 1961, only advocates whose names are currently enrolled with a State Bar Council and hold a valid Certificate of Practice (CoP) are authorized to practice law, which includes appearing and arguing in courts. Technically you are not entitled to appear, plead, or practice before courts/tribunals. Fyi, non-practicing advocate generally should not present in court as an advocate/counsel wearing band for appearance or arguments. Casual presence in court premises is different from formally appearing and practicing.
