Did Chennai Corporation have a biometric-based attendance before? Yes, It did in 2013. Expanded to 117 locations a year later in 2014. All the systems were vandalised within a few years. Contractor -Keltron - abandoned the works and left. Here’s my story on April 2022, on how GCC conservancy staff vandalised biometric machines, and tampered the muster rolls to forge attendance as present when they were absent. They just drew salaries by tampering rolls. The GCC also last week suspended a parks overseer for forging muster rolls to mark absent park staff as present. Some photos I’ve mentioned in the story on how GCC still used muster rolls for attendance and not biometric.

I see a lot of advice on X. And I'm sorry to be the one to tell you. But most advice is flawed.
It often suffers from survivor bias, where people share what worked for them, ignoring the fact that many others did the exact same thing and got completely different outcomes.
Just because someone was successful doesn't mean they understand why they succeeded.

@marcrandolph Your post just reiterates the importance of starting and experimenting some will work and some won't, the question is when does one quit or know it's not working it's probably this factor that differentiates successful ventures

True of Hollywood, true of Silicon Valley, true of anywhere innovation takes place. No one knows if your idea will work or not before you actually collide it with reality and try it out.

Banks hide behind customer service & deny legitimate services 2 customers. Have @ICICI credit card. Earlier card for lost. Got a replacement. My spending on previous card not counted 4 benefits & lounge access! Min 75k in qrtr rqd, hve spnt abe 2L & still denied, says it's policy
