Visiting at @denaliwater today to kick-off our collaboration in Selma for our "Waste to Riches" funded by CDFA. We will identify waste/byproducts from CA's diverse agriculture landscape that will help to reduce methane emission from cattle when added to their diet.

The real cool thing about the collaboration with @denaliwater and @TheHessLab is that we will reduce greenhouse gas emissions from the livestock industry as well as the amount of waste that would otherwise go to the landfill. Waste like this pile of tortilla waste....
