@northernassist why is it charging me £5 to refund my ticket when my train is cancelled, when your website says ‘full refund without admin fees’? It says request on the app and that’s what I’m trying to do - please can you let me know how to get this refund without the fees?

@Vitality_UK I still haven’t received my Cafe Nero voucher for last week and it would be due to expire on Thursday. Any idea when they might be coming? Today’s the last day I could actually get to a Nero to use it :(

I also missed out on using my voucher for a cinema trip last week as it didn’t appear until over a week after I got the points. Is there any way I could check if there’s an issue with my account, as I keep missing out on things? (I’ve already done all the troubleshooting online)
