@auchmill As other people have said depends on your triggers 😬. I also find some New Zealand wines particularly young ones give me dreadful migraines vs. older foreign ones 🤷‍♀️

@auchmill So I focused on eating more regularly and the right things. Plus removing some stress from my life, which caused my body to be less tense, which reduced my migraines significantly. Happy to chat! I struggled with this for years!

Has anyone tried giving up coffee / alcohol / cheese / stress to prevent or reduce migraines? Do any of these work?
