Hi @AsdaServiceTeam. The click and collect at your Minworth store needs to improve - a few wks ago I waited 40 mins for my click and collect grocery shopping and 15 mins today! It’s supposed to be convenient - why are they filled up so late when they know who to expect and when?

Not impressed with the customer service from @drmartens, especially considering the price of their footwear. Been a customer for 30 years but maybe I need to change my brand loyalty? Still no reply. Schuh on the other hand - amazing - even though they couldn’t help in the end.

@drmartens, Schuh have already replied and tried to source me matching laces with no luck. As an obvious manufacturing issue, would you be kind enough to do the same please? These boots were expensive!

@drmartens My new boots have faulty laces - we bought them from @schuh and they have kindly given us some laces that they had but they are grey & stand out. How can I get some in the right shade for these Serena boots please? As a manufacturing issue it’s not the fault of Schuh

@Kwik_Fit @YokohamaTC I’d use this every day in school - timers for lessons I’m teaching, stopwatch for activities with the children, how many steps I’m walking round the classroom/corridors/playground, dictate messages or notes. I’d even use the heart rate app for science! 👩‍🏫 🤞🏻 ⌚️
