Which Sovereignty Bill is the rwaari about? The one I initiated in the Cabinet or another one? I was suspended by the VC @LIRA_UNIVERSITY in May 2023 and later on "illegally" dismissed in January 2024. With my Lawyers, we applied for Judicial review at the High Court of Lira. For 3 years, I have been out of the University; but I am glad to tell you that the Lira High Court has issued judgement in my favor. And for the Students of Lira University, the ungazetted policies and laws that the University administration has been using to oppress students have been TRASHED by the High court. I told you JUSTICE DELAYS, but JUSTICE COMES. Great thanks to my Lawyers and all those that stood with me.
