Sonarworks surveyed 1,100 producers about AI. The biggest fear isn't losing their jobs. It's losing originality. As someone who lives 2 hours from the Italian border and go regularly to Italy. The US does pizza better than Italy period. I’m not saying every pizza in the US is better but it’s much easier to find good pizza in the US. Italy is the hardest country to find good quality food. Does it exist? Yes. But you are going to have to hunt and google reviews aren’t going to help you as they are mostly lies and inflated. This tends to piss people off when I say this but if you have only been to Italy on vacation then your perception will already be warped with rose colored glasses from the thrill of traveling to another country. Once you’ve lived there long enough you realize Italian food in Italy is mostly hype and they’ve done a great job at romanticizing the cuisine but quality food is few and far between.
