@StarHealthIns I am having a really tough time renewing my Sr Citizen Red Carpet policy because of some premium amount mismatch. Have been calling some a week but no resolution in sight. The policy expires in the next 3 days.
@Lets_Colive@sureshrangaraj the way your company is treating a customer is absolutely pathetic. You need to personally investigate this and make it right. I am being taken for a ride for more than 3 weeks now with only empty promises of we'll look into it.

@Lets_Colive I called that no before sending this out. Gave details to the person who said will call back in 5 mins after checking with the sales person. Never got a call back. I called again they said I'll get call back from the sales person. I called again they kept disconnecting my call.
