@brandonpierce @chefsevenn This was part of middle and high school classes for me. Just as it became more relevant. Too early and you run into the “use it or lose it” area. Budgeting was/ can be part of kindergarten class rewards though! Save up for bigger prizes or fun school supplies.

@chefsevenn All of the most common “adulting” skills should be a top priority in grade school curriculum. Balancing a checkbook. Budgeting monthly expenses. Washing clothes. Cooking meals. What loans are and how interest changes the amount owed. Etc.

Do u think children should be taught cooking as part of the school curriculum?
