Big takeaway from Paris this week:
- People keep saying crypto is quiet, but
- meanwhile, rooms were packed to discuss agentic DeFi, machine payments, and autonomous capital allocation (shoutout here @goatv_bk from @Zyfai_ on pushing this on stage)
- Current agent-driven TVL still feels early.
- seeing the energy on the ground, 500M+ in agent capital flows over the coming months no longer sounds crazy.
- Infra is getting real: x402, MPP, better wallet rails, safer execution layers, stable payments

Tennis players live 9.7 years longer than sedentary people.
Not 9.7 months. 9.7 years. Nearly a decade.
The Copenhagen City Heart Study tracked 8,577 people for 25 years and ranked every sport by how much life it adds.
Badminton: 6.2 years. Soccer: 4.7. Cycling: 3.7. Swimming: 3.4. Jogging: 3.2.
Tennis almost triples jogging.
A separate study of 80,000 adults found racket sports cut all-cause mortality by 47% and cardiovascular death by 56%. Swimming hit 41%. Aerobics hit 36%.
The question is why racket sports destroy everything else.
Three mechanisms stack on top of each other.
First, the physical demands. A tennis rally requires explosive sprints, lateral cuts, and sustained aerobic output. You're training fast-twitch and slow-twitch muscle fibers simultaneously. Most cardio only trains one system.
Second, the cognitive load. You're reading spin, predicting angles, adjusting position, and executing motor patterns in real-time. Your brain is solving spatial puzzles at 80+ mph. That hand-eye coordination and strategic processing builds neural connections that protect against cognitive decline.
Third, and this is the one researchers keep coming back to: you literally cannot play alone. Every racket sport requires another person on the other side of the net. That forced social interaction triggers neurochemical benefits that solitary exercise cannot replicate. Strong social connection alone increases your chance of longevity by 50%.
Jogging is you and your thoughts. Tennis is you, a strategic opponent, and a community.
Dr. Daniel Amen is right. The data is overwhelming. If you want the single highest-ROI activity for a longer life, pick up a racket.

$ZFI is one of those charts where the utility doesn’t match the market cap.
Around $9M+ TVL is sitting in the protocol, while the token has a market cap of around $1.4 M.
I do not think it will stay like this because $ZFI has a working flywheel.
Users deposit → agents rebalance → yield is generated → Zyfi takes performance fees → 50% of that gets paid back to stakers in USDC.
Apart from that, Giza turned off fixed rates while $ZFI pushed rZFI Phase 4, and staking ZFI now gives direct USDC yield, which means no constant sell pressure from emissions.
And here here'sow it gets more juicy:
Better rebalancing → more yield → higher performance fees → more USDC flowing to stakers → more incentive to accumulate ZFI.
Price goes up, yield goes up with it.
That’s a loop I am actually bullish on.
This one is sitting at a fraction of its TVL while the flywheel is just starting to spin.
NFA, just a personal opinion.

A lot of people have completely lost the plot on CLARITY.
Some of you are so desperate to get a bill passed that you’re willing to let banks gut stablecoin rewards and call it progress. And now @brian_armstrong and @coinbase are the villains because they won’t accept it?
Be serious.
Yes, Coinbase benefits if stablecoin rewards survive. So do users. That’s the whole point. Everybody in this fight has interests. The difference is Coinbase’s interest here is aligned with users. The banks’ interest is making sure they keep the upside.
A lot of the people talking the most shit either forgot or never cared who’s actually been in the fight. Coinbase pushed for clear rules, took the SEC lawsuit, stood up for staking, funded key legal fights, and helped build real political pressure for this industry.
I want CLARITY passed too. But not like this.
We are not starting from zero here. Between the regulatory clarity we got this month and where GENIUS left things, this is not some accept-anything-now-or-get-nothing moment.
That’s what makes this so backwards. Crypto gets so desperate for the quick win that it starts helping the wrong side win the bigger fight.

Major League Baseball is aired in the morning for Japan. So technically they eat breakfast with it being on television.
Here’s their #openingday commercial. No hyperbole, when I say this, it might be greater than any US MLB commercial I’ve seen. Well done and worth the watch for any baseball fan.

Once you realize Democrats repeatedly and explicitly go out of their way to benefit illegal aliens by hurting Americans it becomes very hard to vote for them.
Brandon Gill@realBrandonGill
If you are an American currently stuck in line at the airport, you should keep three things in mind: 1) Democrats shut down DHS to stop illegal aliens from being deported. 2) Shutting down DHS had zero effect on funding for immigration enforcment. 3) Democrats have said they will not re-open DHS unless ICE no longer has the power to detain criminal illegal aliens. The Democratic Party, quite simply, cares more about protecting foreigners than representing Americans.

Hello Folks,
I hope everyone is doing fine.
I see a lot of questions about the $Zfi token's utility.
Let's bring some clarity on it.
As i've already mentionned, a lot of time, community is really involved in the @Zyfai_ project.
The founders, @goatv_bk and @Paul_Web3_ , really take care of us and of our thoughts.
So for once the governance part really matters to me as one utility.
But the biggest one is clearly the flywheel for $Zfi stakers.
You can stake your tokens on the platform and receive $usdc as rewards. Those are part of the fees generated by the protocol. (50%)
Bigger TVL, more fees, more rewards!
Then you can buy $zfi with $usdc and put them in staking to earn more $usdc to buy more $zfi if your main goal is to accumulate the most $zfi possible.
You can also deposit your $usdc in the protocol to earn more (real yields) and receive rzfi as extra rewards.
Once unvested, it becomes $zfi, you put them in staking and receive more $usdc and so on.
Flywheel!!
Another one, if you stake more than 200k $zfi, you double the total rebalance power in a day. You can see in the screnshot shared below the rebalancing tiers without staking, based on your deposited amount.
Extra info on the token and the project :
Total supply : 500M
Circulating supply : around 188.5M
Markect cap : 1.8M
TVL : 8.7M!!
Just launched on mainnet and weth as yield possibilities. More chains and assets (wbtc) coming.
Institutionnal money ready to onboard.
Tvl will grow exponentially and so will the fees generated and so finally the rewards.
When you see the market cap ratio to tvl, the room to grow is enormous.
Honestly, @Zyfai_ is killing it!
