Incorrect. Incitement is not 1st Amendment protected free speech which only protects you from Government. Not the attack from Incitement. Plus, Tennessee has very brutal laws when it comes to this. Could Chud have used his fists in defense? Yes, and he would still be charged because he invited the violence. However, shooting someone recklessly because they punched you in the head is not just if I able in this case.
