Well I am reaching out publicly again to @OnePlus_USA @OnePlus_Support because they received the watch on September 17. It has been over a month, and all the responses I get from them is that my request is going to be escalated. This is ridiculous.

Then I reached out a couple days ago, was told to again wait about 48hrs. Again, it's been over 3 days and nothing. I just sent an email to support and I am reaching out here. I basically have a beautiful watch with the usefulness of a paperweight.

@OnePlus_Support I am reaching out publicly because I ordered a watch 2 and the screen stops working after being on for 10 minutes. It happened immediately after delivery. I reached out and was told to wait for an email to initiate a replacement. Waited two weeks and nothing.

Comments like this fucking annoy me. i spent 6 hours yesterday putting that 10 minute video together. on top of all the time i spent doing it that video isn’t even getting views so it was literally time wasted. i’m not complaining i’m just explaining. before you say shit like this perhaps think of how much time it takes and if you could do it before you want to bitch about the length of my videos. unlike other people i don’t have script writers or editors, this is all me. i would love to make 30 - 40 minute videos it’s just not possible with the volume of content i have to to post to actually make a living doing this. now i’m even more annoyed….
