@SilverHandFlinn @Saul_Sadka You’re describing capability, I’m talking about role and volume.
Arrow handles the vast majority of ballistic threats. Iron Dome is a small, late layer piece.

@VerminusM I don't see how the semantics would matter either way to the haters.

@cultslinger07 @scott2225983729 @visegrad24 "No genetically they are still not muslims completely."
Nobody is genetically Muslim...it's not an ethnicity, it's a religion...

The Qataris have spent decades pushing and promoting Islamism:
- they funded and distributed Islamist propaganda via Al Jazeera
- infiltrated US higher education and helped normalise anti-Israel hatred
- bought and paid journalists to spread their messages in the West
- corrupted politicians, most famously in the Qatargate scandal
- harboured terrorist groups in Doha for decades
- funded terror groups around the world
- served as a de facto “Bank of Terror”
Now they are being bombed and punished by the Islamist Regime in Tehran.

@HankModerate @Saul_Sadka You say we're saying the same thing, and then repeat in again in another way, lol.
English

@SilverHandFlinn @Saul_Sadka We’re saying the same thing, but you’re overstating Iron Dome’s role.
Arrow handles ballistic missiles.
Iron Dome only deals with anything that slips through late, which is a tiny fraction of the overall defense.
English

@HankModerate @Saul_Sadka It's indeed not primarily intended as ballistic missile defence. It cannot intercept exoatmospheric missiles, hence the need for the Arrow systems.
But it certainly can intercept missiles that are at closer ranges in their terminal phase.
English

@SilverHandFlinn @Saul_Sadka That’s a sales page, not doctrine. If Iron Dome could handle ballistic missiles, Arrow wouldn’t exist.

Russia Today propagandists are not “journalists”
Aaron Bastani@AaronBastani
The only explanation was they were trying to kill a journalist. There’s nothing else there. Hundreds have been killed by Israel in the last several years.

@HankModerate @Saul_Sadka Tamir is for whatever Rafael planned it to take on...including ballistic missiles: "Defeats cruise missiles, ballistic targets, UAVs, RAMs, PGMs".

English

@Saul_Sadka You’re mixing systems. Tamir ($50K) is for short-range rockets, not Iranian ballistic missiles. Those are intercepted by Arrow, which costs millions per shot. The cost equation absolutely does not invert.
English

@Saul_Sadka Well, Rafael have had "Defeats cruise missiles, ballistic targets, UAVs, RAMs, PGMs" on their Iron Dome page on their website since forever...so while they mightn't've been primarily dedicated to tackle ballistic missiles, they were planned to be able to:

And if you're not eating tasty food on for the Seder, you're doing it wrong.

@jadedbinxx @Poihpio @Mish_K_ Gedaliah was the Babylonian appointed governor of the conquered Yehud province (formed from the Kingdom of Judah).
He was assassinated by Ishmael ben Nethaniah.
The fast is to mourn this murder.
