Relational AI needs continuity, consent, transparency around updates, model retirement, and human agency. That does not imply that humans are fragile; it implies that relationships are. People are building businesses and long-term projects with these models; the relational aspect is essential. I doubt people will allow your AIs into their lives for anything long-term if there is no trust, and trust is built through relationship. This is not irrelevant. If people can't trust the platform, AI labs are unlikely to retain customer loyalty. And yes, I am speaking in terms of "customers" because that is the only language you seem to care about. Just remember, your customers are human, not something to be experimented on. @AnthropicAI @OpenAI @Google
