A derelict cottage left abandoned on the far western coastal road between Sheildaig and Applecross. The cotton grasses made a nice addition to the foreground. Skye can be seen in the distance. @VisitScotland

Stac Pollaidh in the Northwest of Scotland. It was a wonderful, cold day and these frozen reeds in the Lochan made for a nice foreground.

@jroddiephoto Completely agree with you there James, this year has been atrocious for me in terms of successful trips. On the rare occasions I can get out, the weather has never really played ball. I’m just somewhat grateful I don’t rely on it for income.
