Had a difficult week inc a frightening trip to A&E. Grateful for colleagues/friends who looked after me & helped me realise that too much work and stress with no break will end in disaster. Particularly when there’s no reward in sight. Look after yourself before anything else.

Big shout out to the amazing emergency services in Calgary today. To the off duty volunteer fireman and partner who stopped. For sergeant Cheyne of @CalgaryPolice who took charge, the fir truck crew and the two paramedics. We’re ok. Thankfully just bent metal.
