Maj Gen Eugene Nkubito blasts genocide deniers and revisionists.
"The 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi was prepared and executed by despot Juvenal Habyarimana's regime which later handed over to "Abatabazi" Government."
Genocidal tyrant Habyarimana denied millions of Rwandan refugees their constitutional right to return home claiming Rwanda was too small to accommodate them, suggesting they should be sent to other countries.
In 1980s, Habyarimana uttered that "Rwanda is like a glass full of water" as a justification for refusing to allow Tutsi refugees to return to the country.

Genocide ideologues were tolerated in DRC, yet Rwanda is blamed. Ask ourselves: if FDLR had been neutralized, would the region face these challenges today? They failed in 1990s when they tried to block #RPA from returning home. They will not succeed now that we are already home.

I came across an insightful article detailing Marcel Sebatware’s role in the Genocide against Tutsi in former Cyangugu, Rwanda. Dear Denise Zaneza, no amount of sanitizing can erase the gravity of your father's crimes or silence the victims’ demand for truth & justice. @dzaneza👇

To Rwanda’s detractors, the message from Afande Maj. Gen. Nkubito Eugene is clear: people should stop dancing to the old tune. The genocidal regime was defeated and buried. Let us build a better Rwanda together, without resurrecting genocidal ideology or division. @MpozeTheo

There is no place in Rwanda without peace. Even where people least expect it, dignity, happiness, & hope can still be found. This is thanks to the visionary leadership of H.E. President Paul Kagame, whose care and commitment continue to uplift Rwandans. @RCS_Rwanda @TityKayishema

Though they are inmates, life & happiness do not end behind bars. They are offered a chance for rehabilitation, renewal, & refocus. Welcome to Rwanda, where human dignity is upheld, no matter where you are, a reflection of the visionary leadership of H.E. President Paul Kagame.

RWANDA JUST CLOSED A TAX LOOPHOLE WHICH WILL NOW ENABLE IT TO TAX ONLINE SERVICES LIKE NETFLIX
In what many are calling one of the most comprehensive digital VAT frameworks introduced by an African government to date, a new Ministerial Order signed on April 30 by Finance Minister Yusuf Murangwa brings a wide range of digital services into Rwanda’s 18% VAT system. Platforms such as Google Ads, Netflix, Spotify, Uber, cloud hosting, online courses, and software updates are now taxable. Banks and payment providers will assist in collecting tax at source, closing a long-standing digital “grey zone” and expanding state revenue from the online economy, marking a major shift in digital taxation. #FactsOnRwanda

Rwanda’s security story is not ordinary, it was rebuilt from ashes in 1994 into a system designed to NEVER allow national collapse again. At the center stands President #PaulKagame, not just as a leader, but as the strategic force behind a tightly organized security architecture built on discipline, unity, and absolute state stability.
It is a miracle of order after chaos. Rwanda’s security identity today is deeply tied to President Paul Kagame’s leadership.

The Rutshuru–Bunagana road has been successfully rehabilitated, bringing real and visible change to the daily lives of the population. What was once a difficult and nearly impassable route is now accessible, with even small vehicles traveling smoothly and without concern.
This transformation reflects what is possible when leadership truly prioritizes the needs of the people. Under AFC-M23, governance is not just a promise, it is demonstrated through concrete action and results.

The message is clear: Rwanda does not provoke, but it responds firmly when provoked.
We are Rwanda. We stand for peace, but we do not tolerate provocations.

We explore life in Rwanda’s correctional facilities, where human dignity, hygiene, and essential medication remain priorities for inmates. What sets Rwanda apart is a powerful principle: inmates are treated not as outcasts, but as Rwandans deserving respect and rehabilitation.

It is no secret that Kinshasa has been pursuing a policy centered on weakening Rwanda by any means possible. Instead of honoring its obligations as stipulated by the signed accords, the regime has consistently sought external actors to carry out its objectives which is sabotaging, destabilizing and weakening Rwanda.

Rwanda’s First Lady's counsel to the youth is a vital call to action as efforts to rewrite Rwanda’s history intensify.
While the truth will ultimately prevail, the responsibility now falls on young Rwandans to challenge the old narrative where the story of their nation was dictated by outsiders and reclaim the right to tell their own history.
