Anyone had experience with these #enmach fert silos. We constantly have trouble getting urea back out after not to long in storage. Any ideas on how to empty a silo that has all but set would be appreciated

Retrofit of weedit from @Croplands onto a ne JD 408R. 25cm nozzle spacing, pwm control and ability to spray after dark have been the driving factors. #ddst

@mottagwa We have that setup. Always an issue with a wet harvest having the header only running on every third planter track. This leads to issues germinating the next crop in the header tracks.

CTF gurus Help!! 36m- Boomspray & Spreader 18m- Seeder 12m - Harvest & Spreading Considering taking boomspray out to 48m? Good or bad idea? Do I spread at 24m or 36m? Or am I am better of staying at 36m with the boomspray? Thoughts?? #PleaseRT

Cotton picking due to start on Tuesday. First proper cotton crop in six years. So this forecast makes perfect sense

@matt_norrie Looks great! We did something similar last year. Planted 2 weeks after harvest. Spread all N and watered in. Plenty of water savings early on.

Stubble has done its job. Urea applied & incorporated prior to 1st irrigation or maybe rain next Wednesday 🤞

We’re having a crack at different methods of preparation for solid plant irrigated cotton this coming season. - Left is untried on large scale for us & making me nervous - Right is tried & proven formula Difference in dust much?

@LeeJone10380538 Thanks Lee. We run IVT at the moment and it is great to drive. Now problems at this stage but are budgeting on a transmission rebuild at some stage. A new machine we are looking at is E23 but I have never driven one.

@SimonGreen_GDAG Have a few IVTs running here, had a great run with them, pulling planters, chaser bins, Weed IT. I know a mate with an E23 wasn’t that happy, bit clunky changing gears. He did have an 8530 IVT prior. He would go back to IVT for next tractor.

What is everyone’s thoughts on the pros and cons between IVT and E23 transmissions.
