@coyle_tim That was Lucky mate. I had the same thing with our conserve pack just caught the post as it touched the tin.

Didn’t have to worry about the tynes of the shearer combine pushing on the shed walls when the hydraulic rams crept, I got lucky this time & it hit a post & stopped, usually ratchet strap it to stop this happening, these older ones don’t fold far enough for weight to stay centred

Sheep farmers who are confinement feeding, if pasture growth hasn’t been sufficient, and lambs are due to drop, do you keep them in confinement for lambing or send them out anyway?

Will be interesting comparison in marginal moisture next to our P556 conserve pack.

I hesitate to go bashing a company that we have over the years invested a lot of money in and have been very happy with. However, John's new bar has a real Achilles' heel. Stubble flow is everything that he'd hoped for, but a3/4 way check of the wheels is somewhat disturbing.

Here’s the quality difference of the MAP I’ve received this season. I sieved the top left sample and got fines galore. This fertiliser has destroyed a silo and blocks our Horcsh airseeder roller within 3 - 4ha. Needs to be a quality control inspections before arriving on farm.

Not a real surprise our wages are as high as ever and skilled staff are as short as ever. Recent governments have a lot to answer for.

Tip of the day is slow down no guess where we went from 5.5 to 4Km. Stripping 2.4 t of canola looks like 3.4. #harvest24

@brodenholland We did 2x 2 ha trials at 6 and 4km and found 300 kg/ha difference, weighing into chaser bin not relying on yeild monitor

@SpringfieldGren I'll bet half or more of the difference is just the yield calibration and not actual loss.....

Frost damaged Canola & some of the Ceder & Lemon trees around our house at Walbundrie SE Riverina NSW, Most of pods on the main stems from April germination canola have none or 1-2 viable seeds… might be lucky a lot of our Canola only germinated on a late May rain 🤞
