Our attention has been drawn to a video clip featuring a snippet of Kafumbe Mukasa Road with a heap of garbage. Please note that this was post-Kiteezi when our turnaround time in garbage collection was down due to lack of a dumping facility with the capacity to handle the amount of garbage generated in the city. Since the operationalization of Buyala Solid Waste Management Facility, our evacuation capacity has greatly improved.
