@richardhyland @GavinMatheson @fesshole (Assuming this is UK) im pretty sure the rules are that the second a name is entered by the registrar into the register the register cant then be altered. It is/was entered in ink into a big ledger at the registry office, its not a form that gets filled in that can be redone.
