This is precisely right. Something very strange has happened to an element of the #nufc fanbase who have turned into the sort of angry, extreme, toxic and abusive supporters they used to mock other clubs for not so long ago. Nobody said this is good enough, people like me have offered reasons for it happening that go beyond simply the manager “not being good enough.” He deserves a chance to put things right because up until this season he had over achieved. It’s a simple point and concise argument. And perfectly reasonable for a large number of people
