Mind-blowing gut news from UC Davis microbiologists: Plain old sauerkraut (fermented cabbage) can actually shield your intestinal lining from inflammation damage Raw cabbage? Zero protection. Just the salty brine? Nope, not enough. In lab tests with human gut cell models, sauerkraut extracts kept the barrier strong and reduced damage from inflammatory cytokines. Unfermented cabbage? No dice. It’s the full fermentation magic that creates powerful metabolites, like lactic acid, GABA, and unique amino acid derivatives, that your gut cells recognize and thrive on. A small daily serving (just a forkful or two!) might help build a more resilient digestive system—especially paired with plenty of fiber. Fermented foods never stop surprising us. Who’s adding more kraut to their plate this week? #GutHealth #FoodAsMedicine Reference: Wei L, Marco ML.2025.The fermented cabbage metabolome and its protection against cytokine-induced intestinal barrier disruption of Caco-2 monolayers. It's better to requeen with good quality known genetics: i.e. excellent layer, hygienic behaviour, disease resistance, calm disposition, less likely to swarm etc... A queen only mates once but with 15-25 males in one day (IKR😅) and stores the sperm for her whole life. An open mated queen can mate with unknown drones and they can pass on unwanted traits such as aggression, poor foraging, poor hygiene. Honeybees are fascinating and addictive. If you've got some space and live in a suitable area it might be worth getting a hive? Have a look for Bob Binnie on YouTube, he's a very nice person and got a great business in Georgia. blueridgehoneycompany.com

@Simon_Coates @bornintheflames @Sarahhuniverse Thank you ! You are very knowledgeable and your explanation made sense to someone ( me) who knows nothing about bee keeping Another question why requeen if they dont have a Queen and will make another

@UnityNewsNet Machzike Hadath Synagogue ambulance bays are viewable on Google Street View. Not sure if it's a coincidence but over the years they tend to be parked up rather than active. Supplying new private ambulances at UK taxpayers' expense doesn't seem like the best use of NHS resources.

Nigel Farage said there was an 'Iranian terror cell' now active in London. Yesterday was wall to wall outrage about the Ambulance based 'pogrom'. Yet here we are over 24 hours later. Still no suspects, no motive and everyone has moved on. Why? Because this was clearly a false flag done by zionists. The Police will know this as will the government and they will now hope people just forget lest they reveal the truth.

Yes, that can happen so beekeepers try to maximise queen acceptance. A queenless hive will try to make a new queen if suitable eggs are available. When a beekeeper wants to requeen they will leave a hive queenless for around 1 to 2 weeks and then check and remove any fresh queen cells then introduce the new queen in a small cage with some attendant bees. The new queen remains in the cage for a few days after which the hive will have, hopefully, got used to her pheromones and accept her.

@TheTo50939y @UnityNewsNet No. I think the modern house building industry in the UK is generally shite and the cost of building materials and house prices have lost all sense of reality. The quality and attention to detail ranges from OK to appalling.

@Only9built I got a new TVR Cerbera and when I got home someone told me I had a tail light out. I bought a new brake/tail lamp and came home to fit it. That's when I realised the rear lights were from a Ford Fiesta. I turned the light switch to check the lamp and the knob fell off 😔

There's something macabre and weird about the hysterical reaction to those ambulances being burned. It's like swathes of people have had parts of their brains activated that usually deal with nurture, caring for family, children, or a spouse, but in the service of an out-group.

Queen bee colour is specific to the year in a 5 year cycle. Last digit of the year: 0/5=Blue, 1/6=White, 2/7=Yellow, 3/8=Red, 4/9=Green. Queens live for 5 years maximum, but are only commercially viable for 1 to 3 years. The colours help keep a track on the age if the queen when to requeen the hive.

This is the main aspect that sets Rupert Lowe apart from Reform and its leadership. Tice famously said when asked about demographic change that he’d be “long gone by then”. He and they only care about the here and now which is no way to govern.

A very special first introduction today - my second grandchild. It is all of our responsibility to leave a better Britain to our children and grandchildren than the one left to us. We certainly have an awfully long way to go, but I still believe we can do it.

@Simon_Coates @UnityNewsNet It was US or possibly British submarines The 4 subs of the Dolphin class that occupied Germany was forced to build only have the capacity to fire cruise missiles, not ballistic missiles (and certainly not IRBMs) Of course Israel and US is to blame for this psy-op though

So it is now more and more likely it was the 'iSRAELIS' from a submarine in The Indian Ocean that fired the missiles at Diego Garcia trying to blame it on Iran. They also launched the drones at RAF Akrotiri. These LUNATICS are the real enemy as are their paid propagandists in the UK.
