I don't know about Georgia, but Tennessee has been in drought this year and we don't have such data centers.

I have no evidence of either, which prompted my question. I can tell you this: Between where I live and Savannah, the ponds and deep wells are having issues and drying up, because of the amount of water these data centers require for cooling. We live in a rural area where deep wells are essential. Data centers are affecting the aquifers.
