@ola_supports I request strict action to be taken against the driver. Its very inhuman to take advantage of senior citizens in the name of technology. I am your frequent rider and such incidence makes me loose my trust about Ola as a brand. Need strict action and waiver on cancellation charge!

<2/2> Wen the cab driver arrived -he falsely stated that the cab was booked for Janakpuri instd of Rajouri Garden and insisted my mother to cancel the ride and pay him Rs 200 directly. Being a senior citizen & not very active on cab bookings,she cancelled the cab & paid directly
