Why does it take 7-10 business days (minimum of 2 more weeks my family is out $5000) to review a file? It has already been weeks and daily calls on my end. The complete disregard for the Honda customer experience just keeps getting worse. @Honda #worstcustomerexperience

This is the power of social media. You treat someone like garbage, and it will cost you much more business in the long run. I will post about this horrible customer experience that has cost my family $5000 and taken 22 business hours of my life daily. @Honda @HaltonHonda

@HondaCanada This situation is exhausting and more upsetting than my actual vehicle being stolen. I waited over 2 weeks to be told Honda Canada doesn’t hold their dealerships accountable to honest dealings with customers. This is not how you treat someone who has been brand loyal for 12 yrs

@HondaCanada How long does a customer have to wait for a call back? One would assume a customer would be treated better after their vehicle was stolen?! I call every day, and every day I am told a Case Manager will call me back. It’s been weeks… #worstcustomerexperience

@NeilFlochMD This is a system problem - clinicians need to be driving for change in a system that isn’t working for them, not downloading more work onto the patient. It is 2024. This technology exists and is being used in other states/countries. This should not be a job for a patient.

Dear patients- When a CT scan is done at another hospital, practice, or institution, I cannot see the results or the pictures. The law does not say that I can see them or get them. A law passed by the past president says that YOU have the right to see all your records but NOT your doctors. You must get your records and send them to us. Only you have the right to get them or sign a waiver to have the records sent to us. The HITECH law and ACA do NOT allow us access to your chart at other institutions. Thanks so much

@RWMhealth I didn’t get anywhere with my GP. They want to charge me $30 to get the data that isn’t available to me via the lab. Grrrrr! Tomorrow will be spent trying to get through to the lab. Hopefully this will bring a better outcome. Fingers crossed!

Why? Why are we still gatekeeping a patient’s information? This is MY body and MY data. Ugh. I thought we were past this. Gatekeeping causes unnecessary anxiety for patients who choose to access their PHI. This decision shouldn’t be made for me. #patientexperience

@RWMhealth Thanks @RWMhealth. I hope your results are ok. I am furious. It’s disrespectful of my time, to book an additional appointment to get the results but more so, it is extra anxiety over testing that is already sensitive. I am not being quiet on this. Patients deserve better.

@SimplyKristyD My providers interpret recent regs as not allowing this nonsense. Just on Monday, post-colonoscopy, I was explicitly asked if I would like to see the biopsy results when they came or post-physician interpretation. I would not be quiet about this, Kristy. tinyurl.com/2t7xjf3z
