@Richard19036328 @SimonCalder Queues are very long and lots of people rushing for (& likely missing) flights. We got our tests in advance so can’t comment on timescales but recommend leaving plenty of time.

@TalkTalk We are now 11 days with no WiFi. On Monday the 23rd we reported the fault, we were told it would be fixed by the 27th by an engineer. It’s now April 2nd and still no WiFi and no update!!! Please respond - really disappointing service.
