@SBICard_Connect @PhonePe SBI Card simply sent a generic reply claiming these were "transactions outside PhonePe" without even reviewing the screenshots, which clearly show they were PhonePe BBPS bill payments. Many users are reporting the same issue.

@_groww Kyc is done already during account opening process itself last week.Not sure why app is still showing as kyc is needed. my account opened last week and you don't still update my kyc. Because of this I am unable to invest in mf. Please fix it asap.

@_groww and this is the reply I got when emailed. Why do i need to do rekyc just after 5-6 days? Do you want to close the account? Worst experience with grow. Chat executive told it will be updated in 3 mins which hpnd and on call he disconnected. Fix it ASAP
