आज मुझे अपर मुख्य सचिव (Ad. Chief Secretary) पद पर प्रोन्नति मिली, और इस अवसर पर मैं अपने सभी सहयोगियों, मित्रों और परिवारजनों का दिल से धन्यवाद करना चाहता हूँ। आज से लगभग 32 वर्ष पूर्व मैंने भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (IAS) की परीक्षा पास की थी, और तब से यह सफर निरंतर जारी रहा। इस यात्रा में मैंने अनेक चुनौतियों का सामना किया, लेकिन हर कदम पर मुझे अपने अधीनस्थों और वरिष्ठों का सहयोग मिला। यह पद केवल व्यक्तिगत उपलब्धि नहीं है, बल्कि यह मेरे लिए एक नया अवसर है, जिसमें मैं शासन की नीतियों को प्रभावी ढंग से लागू करने और अपने उत्तर प्रदेश के विकास में योगदान देने का प्रयास करूंगा।

ऐसा महसूस होता है कि मरीजों कि समस्याओ से AIIMS प्रशासन व मंत्रालय को कोई सहानुभूति नहीं है, यदि मेडिसिन OPD में मरीजों को 9 बजे पहुँच कर 3 बजे डॉ को दिखाने कि बारि आती है तो ये मरीजों कि दुर्दशा दिखाता है. कोई भी ट्विटर पर प्रशासन द्वारा कोई सुधार के कदम नहीं उठाये जाते हैँ.

Kindly arrange for a new hole cover to be installed immediately to prevent any further accidents.
