@liyun_k Hi there, Netlink Trust (NLT) has confirmed that there is a fibre cable outage in northern Singapore. Some customers in the vicinity of Marsiling and Woodlands may have difficulty using their broadband. NLT engineers are working hard to resolve the issue.

(Though arguably, this should never have been an issue, to begin with. When the iPhone XS launched (7 months ago) it was hardly a surprise to @Singtel that it would support eSIM and that users would want it. Why not have the service ready for launch?)
