You're Black yourself and you know it's harder for Black people on these jobs, but Democrats didn't put anything in place to protect you, even though Black people are the most scrutinized, most qualified, and often times the hardest workers. You didn't have that position because of white supremacist nepotism you got it because you were the best. So, I’m not dismissing your situation at all. Losing your job like that is real. But none of these politicians did anything to protect you so that you could keep your job, yet Democrats demand your vote while giving opportunities to other groups, often times who are not even citizens or have half the skills you have. Democrats had a governing trifecta House, Senate, and Presidency during 2009–2011 under Obama, and again in 2021–2023 under Biden (with Senate control via the tie-breaking vote). They didn't protect your job, but they were prioritizing everyone else above you. What protections were actually in place to prevent that from happening in the first place, and what has been done to address it since? I hope that you have recovered and that you find something better.

Where’s the deflection? The civil rights that FBA fought for and won in the 1960s have been steadily eroded and taken away by both white supremacist-led parties. I have yet to see any Democrat who claims to support FBA actually do anything meaningful to protect or restore our rights. All they offer is finger-pointing constantly reminding us how racist Republicans are, while conveniently ignoring their own anti-Black racism and failures. It’s the same game every cycle: scare us with the other side, then do nothing for us once they’re in power.
